Muddy Waves is a custom apparel brand rooted in the beauty of the Lowcountry - inspired by the marsh, the waves, and everyday life. We had such a great time today at the Kind Fitness ✨ SHINE event! I didn’t jump into the workout this time, but I truly enjoyed hearing Sarah Lynn speak and learning from Nicci about how SHINE came to be 💛

It was so good meeting new faces and catching up with friends, it really felt like one of those days that reminds you how special this community is 😊

This was my very first event, and it was truly the perfect way to get my feet wet, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience 🫶

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported all the small-town vendors. It means more than you know 🤍 We’re already looking forward to the next one! Kind Fitness
