As my business continues to grow, I’ve developed a routine for processing orders that helps me stay organized and make sure no one gets missed.
When submitting payment for an item, please include the name of the item and the size in the payment description.
For example:
“Tiny Superheroes Sweatshirt — Size L”
This lets me know exactly what you’re ordering, confirms your size, and makes it much easier for me to write everything down and manually check each order off as I complete it. When I’m processing a large number of orders, it can become tricky to keep track if those details aren’t included.
If you ordered a Tiny Superheroes sweatshirt but did not receive one in the order I recently shipped, it is most likely because I did not receive both a payment and size confirmation. I’m placing another order, so you can absolutely still order one!
