TUNA SALAD WITH ORANGE DRESSING.
Ingredients
400 grams of tuna loin
1/2 cups of black sesame
1/2 cups of sesame
enough of sesame oil, to seal the tuna
1 cup of honey
1/2 cups of red wine vinegar, for the vinaigrette
1/2 cups of Orange juice, for the vinaigrette
1/2 cups of olive oil, for the vinaigrette
3 tablespoons of sugar, for the vinaigrette
to taste of salt, for the vinaigrette
to taste of pepper, for the vinaigrette
3 cups of French lettuce
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cups of parsley, in leaves
to taste of radish, thinly sliced
to taste of orange, in supreme
enough of goat cheese, crumbled.
Preparation
Place the honey in a plate of them and in another, the two types of sesame. Pass the tuna first through the honey and then over the plate with the sesame seeds to cover it completely.
In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil and seal the tuna for 3 minutes on each side; reserve on a plate with absorbent paper.
For the vinaigrette in a bowl, mix the sugar with the red wine vinegar and the Único Fresco orange juice for 5 minutes, until the sugar is perfectly dissolved.
Add the olive oil in the form of a thread and do not stop mixing with the balloon whisk. Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
To serve, in a deep plate place first the French lettuce, then the cucumber, the sliced tuna, the parsley leaves, the radish, the supreme ones and the goat cheese. Bathe with the orange vinaigrette and enjoy.
