GREEN FISH WITH GARLIC MOJO.
1 cup of coriander
1 cup parsley
1/4 cups of water
4 garlic cloves, roasted
1 teaspoon of grain salt
4 allspice
4 fish fillets
4 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
to taste of purslane, to decorate
enough of pumpkin, and pepper, to accompany.
Preparation
Blend the coriander, parsley, and water for 3 minutes.
In a molcajete, grind the roasted garlic, the grain salt and the allspice.
In a baking tray place the fish and cover with the garlic paste and bathe with the sauce, add the sliced garlic and olive oil. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 ° C.
