While maintaining social distancing, Deb Peirce of Herndon High School receives a check for $9000 from Rachel Williams of The Closet of the Greater Herndon Area to fund college scholarships for Herndon High School graduating seniors.
Herndon's thrift shop that gives back! We are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 virus. We will re-open when the conditions allow us.
The Closet began operations in 1974 and has grown steadily with its focus on helping low-income families, immigrants and budget-conscious shoppers find quality clothing and household goods at affordable prices. We receive no government funding. We are open for sales on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
