Someone covered this poor turtle’s shell in nail polish — a dangerously harmful act.
A turtle’s shell isn’t just armor — it’s living tissue with nerve endings, vital for breathing, absorbing nutrients, and regulating their health.

Painting it can lead to toxic exposure, disrupt natural functions, and make them easier targets for predators.
