The steps to flanging a brim of a hat properly. First select the correct size fl**ge. Check to see if the sweatband fits like it should.
Then replace the sweatband with the band block to assure a crisp break line. Then place the fl**ge cloth and cord. Pull any excess of the cloth so to have a tight fit. Then add pressure and steam will ironing. Final touch is to add the sand bag and let sit over night. If you want to see more videos like these please follow, like and comment. Thank you
