Here’s how everything works:

🛍️ Claiming Items:
When we show an item, you must say “MINE” + the item number to claim it.
(Example: “Mine 12”)
If you only say “mine” or only the number and someone else claims it correctly, the item will go to them—so make sure you do both!
We do have four devices monitoring claims for accuracy. Your phone may show that you claimed first, but final decisions are based on what appears across our devices. If you feel like you claimed an item first, just let us know—we’re happy to double-check all devices.
You can also ask for an item to be reshown! If you request a reshow, you will get first right to claim that item. If you decide to pass, it will then open up for others to claim.
Missed something? You can replay the live and claim items you may have missed! If you want those items included in that week’s delivery/meetup, please send us a screenshot by 10 PM Saturday
night.

💳 Payments, Pickup & Shipping:
We accept most forms of payment.
Our typical meetup spot is Sunday at 12 PM at the Midtown Parking Lot behind Hunt Club Restaurant.
Need a different location? No problem! When we message you with your total, we can arrange something that works.
We also offer shipping for a flat $5 per shipment, no matter the weight.

⏰ Payment Deadline:
All payments are due by 8 PM on Sunday after the sale.

🔁 Returns & Credits:
Items over $5 are eligible for an 80% credit toward a future or replay live (no cash refunds).
Items $5 and under are FINAL SALE and sold as-is.

Everything is sold as is. However, happy customers are important to us!
• Items $5 or less are final sale and not eligible for return
• Items over $5 may be returned for 80% store credit
• A 20% restocking fee applies
• No cash refunds

• This is our main pickup time & location, but other arrangements can be made if needed
• Holds must be approved, and payment is required no later than the Sunday following the sale
