Today was upper body only💪🏾, it’s not always about the glutes. Body proportion is what I aim for and an overall healthy appearance.

VEGAN TACOS 🌮 instead of using meat I cooked these tacos with baby portobello mushrooms and added a variety of vegetables to bring out the taste. This was definitely delicious and Ill be cooking these again.

I’m not vegan but I do practice it from time to time just for disciplinary reasons, you should too!!
