According to it…. I’m not healthy, my metabolic age is NOT EVEN CLOSE to my actual age, ANNDDD I need to loose 14 lbs 😳😳😳😳

Catching up on what happened during our day and sharing conversation about things. 🗣️

In a world where time never seems to stand still…. I find so much more VALUE in times like that.

When I pulled back in the driveway, those empty chairs reminded me of how a small moment of sitting down and catching up really has so much VALUE.

In the world today with all the chaos, hostility, frustration and misunderstandings, We should all just take a MOMENT to sit down and TALK.

Somewhere along the way we developed a level of •SELF DISCIPLINE• that has carried on into adulthood.

That is one thing that I am truly thankful I learned in life from all the hard times my parents pushed us or made us do things we didn’t want to do.

Maybe we learned it from the sports and activities.
Maybe we learned in from owning livestock.
Maybe we learned it from parents who taught us to earn everything.

Either way, the one trait that has never failed us.

Teach children SELF DISCIPLINE ❤️
