Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me with so much kindness appalled by the bullying & slander 🙏🏼 We say we are women that lift up women and encourage and it’s sad that it’s not the truth! You presume the worst of people and for that…I feel sorry for the world you live in! I designed my Kalo print in 2018 for a hula halau in Kaua’i. They performed in Merrie Monarch in the custom tops I made for them. The Kalo is what the halau requested for the song they were dancing and I sought out a local tattoo artist to draft the print for me then sent it to a graphic artist to vector. It has become a staple in our Wehi collections from 2019 up until now! So maybe you copied me!? 🤔 But I would never accuse someone of that!!! Thank you to those that keep telling me I don’t have to explain myself but for those of you who may not know me…I’ve worked hard & continue to work hard & love what I do! I will continue to smile & love on those I have the pleasure of meeting on this journey & I will continue to believe there are beautiful people in this world that recognize my hard work and continue to support me & lift me up!
