Here to answer several questions about Events…
✨How many guests can we hold?- We’ve had upwards of 90, even 150 coming and going over a few hours. The timeframe of your event plays a huge factor in this. Will all guests be receiving hats? Full bar or limited options? Maximum hours you can book in order to ensure everyone is taken care of.
Traveling-We have experience with 500+ person events!
✨Do you carry Men’s Hat?- YES! We carry hats for Women, Men, and Kids! Something for the whole family!
✨How many people do we need to book a private event?- We have a store minimum in order to close for an event or operate outside our regular hours. This is determined by the day of week and time of day. Most larger groups automatically reach that threshold.
✨If I don’t have enough people to close for a Private Event, can we still book?- YES! We take group reservations for parties of 6 or more. This is to try our best to ensure we do not have multiple groups in at one time. However, groups are still able to walk in anytime, just note without letting us know ahead, we may not have additional staff there to support your group and it could take a bit longer!
✨Can we bring in food and drinks? -YES! We do not have many rules in this area. We’ve seen charcuterie for 4 all the way to a fully catered event. We can assist in providing tables for your items, but make sure you bring all accompaniments you need (plates, napkins, ice, cups, etc). All we ask is everything you bring, you clean up after yourselves and take with you!
✨Is there a deposit to book? YES! This is determined by the size of your group, and if any special ordering is required. Your deposit does go towards your purchases.
