A runway I Never Saw Coming… ✨
If someone had told me years ago that one day I would be invited to showcase my own fashion collection in a fashion show for a Cause here in Houston, Texas to benefit Women and children, I would have smiled and said, “Maybe for someone else, but not me.”
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would one day be designing my own brand, creating my own collection, and seeing the name
MARY JANE COUTURE come to life.
Today, I’m excited to share the first glimpse of
MARY JANE COUTURE, a brand born from my passion for timeless elegance, creativity, and empowering women to feel confident in what they wear.
As a little girl, I simply loved creating. Whether it was drawing, designing, sewing, decorating, or finding new ways to make something beautiful, creating something special from ordinary. I never realized those moments were God quietly preparing me for a purpose I couldn’t yet see. Looking back now, I recognize they were gifts He had already placed in my heart.
Life has taken me on many unexpected journeys from nursing, to entrepreneurship, to wedding planning and styling, to building KAPE TAYO, and now to fashion. Every chapter has come with challenges, sacrifices and moments of uncertainty. Each chapter taught me a lot of lessons I carry with me, small and big wins I’m so proud of, fruits of hard work. Each challenge and uncertainty has also taught me that God never wastes a season. He uses every experience to prepare us for what comes next.
As I celebrate the beginning of MARY JANE COUTURE, I’m also embracing the exciting next chapter for KAPE TAYO COFFEE Houston. Both are dreams built with faith, resilience, countless prayers, and the unwavering support of my family, friends, customers, and community.
This is more than launching a fashion brand. It’s a reminder that it’s never too late to discover another calling, pursue another dream, or allow God to write a new chapter in your life.
To everyone who has believed in me, encouraged me, supported my businesses, and prayed for my family, thank you. You are part of this journey, and this milestone belongs to all of us.
To the beautiful women inside and out, my runway models who will walk and carry with elegance, pride and grace my debut collection on September 11, 2026 along with my Lé Chic Boutique by MJ Ready to Wear Collection, my profound gratitude to each and everyone of you Clare Resilla, Glen Villegas, Jewel Dawn Wilkins, Pangilinangonzalez Armi, Jeselle Fabria, Nadya Ponce, MJ Verzosa-Concepcion, Marah Concepcion, Marivic Shasha Milton, Blissgrace Rico, Ivy Dano, Kayla Lemus, Patricia Soriano. Thank you for the kindness and generosity of sharing yourself, your time and talent supporting me in this Cause.

Thank you for giving me the platform to represent Filipino fashion and showcase the creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit of a Filipina small business owner on Houston’s fashion runway.
Most of all, thank You God for opening doors I never imagined, for giving me gifts I continue to discover and for reminding me that Your plans are always greater than my own. I humbly take your lead as I serve my purpose.
