Please welcome the newest member of the queen Mama bear family.
This beauty came 1 month early and threw everything I planned on the back burner. (Worth it) I will be doing refunds this week. I am not and will never keep someone’s money. I apologize for my absence. I have 3 kiddos at home this summer.

This year has been one of the craziest in my life.
From my video going viral, to a hurricane, to being extremely ill, to moving... everything didn’t go as I would have liked. But my baby girl is worth it. I appreciate those of you who have been understanding.

UPDATE-
Good morning everyone! Here are the remainder of the cups that went out last week.
I will be starting the next batch this week.
Again, if you would like a refund send a message and I will process it.

I am back to being just me with no assistant. I will be answering messages as quickly as I can. We are also packing up to finally move. (Was supposed to happen in October!)

I will also be having a ready to ship sale this week. The cups are ones that were already started and people wanted a refund.
(NOT THE CUPS ON THIS POST) Some with names that can’t be removed will be discounted, and you can also put a decal over it. All the ready to ship cups will go out this weekend.

Good morning-
Due to some very ugly and threatening messages I guess I need to post something.

I am a mom. I run this business by myself with my assistant to help answer messages. My video went viral in April and I had over 1000 orders within a 2 month period. I had so many orders on one day that sometimes that was a whole 50 cup batch. I also had some set backs in drying times initially which backed up my timeline.
At that time I posted to let me know if you wanted a refund. Happy to do it.
Then I had to go through hurricane Harvey. I spent time helping family and volunteering to help those who lost everything.
I got back to work and posted an update. Again offering refunds.

Then I got extremely ill. AGAIN offered refunds. Even if I had started your cup!
I cannot help the storm and my health. Nor will I ever choose a cup business over my health and family.

I am back to work as much as I can.
For the 1% of you sending me mean and threatening messages about this being a scam or going to the BBB (I’m a mom with a home business they don’t know me) just stop. It’s not a scam if I am offering you your money back and have been. To the rest of you I thank you for your caring and graciousness.

I am so thankful for my business and the amazing customers I have who have been so understanding. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good morning everyone. I wanted to post an update. As some of you have learned through messaging us I have not been able to work in about 8 weeks due to medical reasons.
If your cup was in the last video I posted (and you haven’t received a refund) I am hoping to have them out between Dec 10-12th. If you don’t want to wait (I totally understand) please send me a message and I will refund.
After that batch I will not be back to work until January. If you have a cup that hasn’t been started and don’t want to wait please send a message and I will refund.

I am VERY SORRY for this delay and appreciate those of you who have sent kind messages and understand my health comes first.

UPDATE-- I am finally back working full time! Have been for a couple days.
I need to reiterate two things...
✨1.- If your cup has been started I CANNOT offer a refund. It's in my policies and announcements. The cups that were started before the hurricane are being worked on. They were started before the hurricane and are at a point where they are custom to the client. Especially if you have a glitter inset.
✨2. AGAIN- DON'T send mean or threatening messages. I had someone threaten to turn me into the attorney general today. I am not scamming anyone. I have made over 1000 cups since April. The storm delayed me tons. I CANNOT control one of the worst natural disasters to date. I am doing my best. I have offered refunds. That's all I can do! But if your cup is started it will be out soon.

✨I continue to pray for those who have no grace and understanding with the current circumstances.
✨I am SO thankful to those of you that have been SOOO PATIENT and sweet. Thank you for checking in on my little family and your absolute kindness. Renews my faith in humanity and keeps me from quitting all together.

UPDATE---
CANNOT BELIEVE I have to post this.
~DO NOT send me a hateful message right now! I am doing my best. I had family staying with us who had water, and we were just able to get into our new neighborhood yesterday! In between that we have been trying to help those less fortunate than us. As well as keep my kids from panicking and dealing with all of the images they are seeing.
✨ I will be back to work full time tomorrow. My kids go back to school tomorrow. Most schools don't go back until the 11th. So I'm lucky I can start back tomorrow. I will process refunds this afternoon or in the morning. I will be going to the post office to see when it's ok to ship again. Last I checked the Houston hub was still down. I won't ship until they say it's ok. I have 30 cups that need to go out. Thank you guys for you patience. I don't want them to get lost in the mail. That would not be fun for y'all.
✨If you have a cup that hasn't been made and send me a mean or hateful message your order will be deleted immediately. After what we have gone through I have no patience for hatefulness in any capacity. Count your blessings and put forth positive into the world.

Update--- it's so very bad. Still raining.
We are stuck in our home. (Thank god we have power). We tried to leave today and had a route planned out that said we could get through. 20 miles into the trip we were forced to turn around due to extremely high water. So we will be stuck here for a while. Meanwhile the river near the house we are currently building will crest tomorrow evening. It will be 5 ft higher than the record flood of a year ago. We are praying so very hard the water doesn't come in. But it's not looking good at all.
Honestly work isn't happening, the kids are panicked, we tried to get out today with no luck and we are on constant alert to make sure we aren't having to evacuate due to a mandatory order. I have seen a couple messages pop up. I will get back to them when I can. I will issue refunds if you want to cancel but it will be a few days depending on what happens. Megan my lovely asst. is flooded in as well. Please keep us in your prayers as well as the rest of Houston and Texas. My heart breaks for everyone suffering.
I will be having a ready to ship auction when everything is better to benefit flood victims. (Cups I made wrong colors and such).

If you have seen the news I'm sure you have guessed I'm not getting any work done. We have been in here a lot. Over 20 tornado warnings in the past two days. Currently our storage building with all my furniture for the house we are building is going to flood. We are trying to get that emptied while it rains and the roads are flooded. There is only more rain to come. Thanks to all who have checked in on us. Pray for Texas.

GOOD morning!
(this would be a pretty cup😂)

Pretty colors!!-but it's headed for us. I live in between Victoria and Houston. We will be staying here and riding it out. I will be working as much as possible through this. But I will make sure my family is safe, and happy. There's a chance we could lose power. And humidity is not good for the cups. I'm no sure my dehumidifier can handle a hurricane! 😂Kiddos are a little nervous....
I appreciate your patience as always. I will work as much as possible and get them out as soon as I can. I have some ready that will not ship until the storm passes. I am not going to ship them until the storm passes to make sure they aren't lost.
