A quick pickup clarification 💕
I wanted to share a quick clarification because I’ve had a little confusion recently with Shopify’s automatic order updates.
If you choose local pickup, you may see an estimated fulfillment date on your order confirmation. Unfortunately, that date is generated automatically by Shopify and is not an indication that your order is ready for pickup.
Please wait until you receive my “Your order is ready for pickup” email before heading over. That email is sent personally by me once your order is completed and placed in the pickup box.
As a reminder, my current turnaround times are:
🖤 Printed apparel: 7–10 business days
🖤 Embroidered apparel: 10–14 business days
These turnaround times are listed on my website and are also included in the required acknowledgment before checkout. I always do my best to finish orders sooner when I can, but during busy seasons they may take the full turnaround time.
