The “Nina Knits” Story
I fell in love with the different colors of the yarns, and was fascinated how from a tread, you can create so many wonderful things . I started with hand knitting and crochet. After a couple of years, I decided to widen my knowledge of knitting and I bought a knitting machine . It was such a challenge to learn how to operate it. Apart from knitting, I needed to learn how to design garments and write a pattern for it . But after hard work, I was finally able to master it. All my garnets are designed and knit by me, using hand manipulated techniques on the knitting machine .
I only use high quality Italian yarns . I use natural fibers such as cotton, linen, wool, cashmere and silk. Man-made fibers are only used for special effects, such as shine and fur.
I put my heart into my craft, and make every piece unique and to the best of my abilities.
