Lil Leaders Lil Leaders is a children’s confidence brand that inspires kids to embrace who they are as capable, confident leaders with limitless potential.

We provide thoughtfully designed lifestyle products, including apparel, backpacks, books, and more! Lil Leaders was created from our love for our children and the desire to build their confidence, self-esteem, and knowledge of self. The idea stemmed from our own child being saddened that she did not look like some of her favorite hero and princess characters on her clothing. She innocently questioned why none of her clothing had characters that were “brown like me”. We explained that everyone is uniquely made, but we honestly did not have a great answer to her question. As her parents, we were highly motivated to find her kids clothing with Black characters. With little to no success finding this type of clothing, we were confident that other families have experienced this problem. From there, we decided to provide a solution to this problem, and...Lil Leaders was created!! Lil Leaders is so excited to provide this to all people of all ages. We hope that you shop with us and enjoy wearing this fun and unique clothing!!

A great afternoon of conversation with the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce Bay Area Chapter Luncheon last week.

It was especially fun to reconnect with familiar faces, and I appreciated the discussion around the future of Bay Area Houston and just the 18 month outlook is more amazing than I anticipated.🔥

As Lil Leaders® continues to build, conversations like these remind me how important it is to stay connected to the people and organizations shaping the communities where we live, work and raise our young leaders.

Grateful for the conversations, the new connections…Lil Leaders® will keep showing up in rooms where ideas and relationships can grow.💙

Great meeting today with Dr. Chandel Bonner-Hancock, Officer of Professional Learning and Student Recognition, and Pamela Graves of Harris County Department of Education.

I enjoyed learning more about the work they and the HCDE team are leading to support educators, strengthen early childhood learning, and recognize students in ways that encourage continued growth and achievement.

I also had the opportunity to share more about the Lil Leaders® mission and our commitment to helping children see themselves as confident, capable young leaders. The conversation was productive, energizing, and revealed strong alignment around supporting children and the adults who help shape their experiences.

The thoughtful gift basket waiting for me was such a warm welcome. 💙 I also had the opportunity to give them an exclusive preview of the new Lil Leaders® I Got This Collection Box, launching this week.

I’m excited to share that Lil Leaders® has been invited to participate in the 41st Annual R.T. Garcia Early Childhood Winter Conference this January. 🔥

Grateful for the connection and excited about what may grow from here.

What a meaningful afternoon at the Collaborative for Children Building Blocks Luncheon.

It was a pleasure connecting with Dr. Melanie Johnson and several others while seeing firsthand the impact of the work Collaborative for Children is leading for children, early childcare centers, and families.

The room coming together to reach the additional fundraising goal was a strong reflection of the support behind their mission.

I’m proud to represent Lil Leaders® in spaces that nurture confidence, leadership, and possibility in children.

There’s something special about hearing a child say:

“I got this.” 😀 💛

Maybe they’re tying their own shoe.

Packing their own backpack.

Working through a problem.

Choosing their own style.

Trying again after the first and second attempts didn’t work.

To us, it may look like a small moment.

But to them, it can become evidence:

I tried.
I figured it out.
I can do this.
I GOT THIS.

This week, pay attention to those little “I got this” moments in your young leader.

They may be happening more often than you realize.

And those three little words?

They’ve been on our minds a lot here at Lil Leaders®.
Thursday, we’re going to show you why. 👀

Lil Leaders®

If they see it, they believe it, and they will achieve it.
