As the decades pass with more generations of Vietnamese Americans coming, it seems that Viets slowly shed their heritage and culture. Vietnamese culture is rich with traditions and customs. Although, we are just as American as anyone else, we believe that we shouldn't completely lose our heritage as time goes on.

"Hey, Mày Bú!" started as a joke within a family of part time comedians. Our family, probably just like yours, has it's jokesters, and we coined this phrase. It led to an idea to use humor, sarcasm, and satire to help give Vietnamese Americans a connection with where they came from and to reinforce an identity that makes our people who we are. Every design is meant to bring laughter to the conversation in addition to it's literal and/or metaphoric meaning.
