Not everything on The Peckstead goes to plan...

Our first batch of strawberry jam didn't seal properly during the canning process. So instead of letting it go to waste, we're offering it as freezer jam! 🧊

Same homemade jam, same simple ingredients and the same delicious flavor. The only difference is that it needs to be kept refrigerated or frozen rather than being shelf stable.

We’re already planning another batch and working on perfecting our canning process. In the meantime, we have 8 jars of this freezer jam left! (while supplies last)

While we’ve loved creating sourdough loaves, we’re excited to be working on offering artisan breads!

Not everyone loves sourdough, so we wanted to bake something that everyone can enjoy! Fresh, homemade bread with that bakery style taste you love.
