Christy Christensen Longarm quilting

I have had a lot of interest in this particular style t-shirt quilt so I thought i would share the details and the cost for those interested.

This quilt measures 80" x 96" - so it is a good size! I normally use a high end minky on the back but can use a different type of backing if preferred. All materials are quilt store quality fabrics.. not the big box store quality stuff. I use quilters dream batting - again a luxury high end quality batting.

This style quilt calls for 15 shirts that you would provide. I provide everything else. Fabrics, batting, backing and fusible for the t-shirts.

Each quilt is professionally quilted on my longarm machine. These are not tied like a lot of the quilts you see on the market. These quilts are designed to last many many years and passed down for generations.

Cost - $800. Quilt measures 80" x 96". You provide me with 15 shirts... we can chat colors and details and then you just leave the rest up to me! Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to chat further! I sure appreciate all the support!

Hi quilty friends! I have some available spots on my calendar for longarm quilting services! Current turn around time for edge to edge quilting is 2 weeks. I also have a few spots open for tshirt quilts - turnaround time on tshirt quilts is a little further out depending on size and how many shirts you have. I haven't been very good about sharing pictures lately... I'm gonna try to do better. Lol. I recently purchased this cute flower design... it quilts up so nicely!! This may be a ne2 favorite for me!

Public service announcement!!! As of June 1st I will no longer be accepting quilts that do not have a backing that is at least 4 inches wider on all 4 sides! If your backing is smaller than this I will be asking you to pick it up and either make the backing wider or provide a new backing.

I have been spending way too much time fixing quilt backings so I am going to start enforcing this rule.

My cute little Bestie Darla has a new and fun quilty space so me and another bestie made Darla wall hangings for her new space! This is the one I made for Darla! I think it turned out so cute!! ..
The paper pieced letters are a pattern from Happy Sew Lucky. I reduced the size of the letters so they were smaller. This is one of my most favorite alphabet patterns! The sew together so perfectly! ..
The house pattern is the Dwell house block from the Simply Retro book by Camille Roskelly. This is one of my favorite house blocks ever! ..
The heart in the house and at the bottom corner is called Classic Heart from center street quilts. ..
The adorable little girl holding a stack of quilts is a pattern by Gracie over at Burlap and blossoms. Her patterns are traditionally pieced and go together so perfectly! Isn't she cute?! ..
The main fabrics are Feed co. By Sweetwater. This is one of Darlas all time favorite fabric lines! I'm so happy I had it in my stash because it is an older line! ..
