Hello friends. I thought now was as good as time as any to give you a little re-introduction to anyone following me on here who aren’t my family members, my roommate/fiancé and/or any of our friends 🤪

I am Emma Z ((soon to be KELLY👰🏼)) and I just celebrated my 31st birthday 🥳🍾💃🏼 I’ve been OBSESSED with fashion and design since I can remember. My parents always tell me stories of walking around the house in tutus and my moms heels/jewelry since I could walk. However, I also played basketball the majority of my life, including D1 college 🏀. I think that’s what drove me to focus on fashion even more... I spent the majority of my life in long shorts, sneakers and sweaty pony tails and at times it made me self conscious... being 5’10 since the 6th grade didn’t help either 🙃 fortunately, that’s one of my favorite things about me now, especially when it comes to styling💃🏼

I was majoring in Economics at Longwood University when during my junior year, GE Capital offered me a full time IT position. So I packed up headed back to Cincy to work full time and finish my senior year/degree (nights and weekends 💀) at Xavier University. GE would eventually offer me a job in Atlanta, one of my favorite cities on Earth. When I accepted the job, I didn’t really know a soul there. By the time I packed my bags a few years later, I left behind some of the best friends and family one can have in life 💓 It’s also where I met my roommate/soulmate. Which is how I landed here in Indianapolis! Because of My fiancé’s career (LFG 78 🏈) I decided it was time to leave mine, after 8 incredible years with GE/SYF, and pursue something I was truly passionate about. Enter California Closets. I have always dreamed about being a designer and now here I am🤩🤩🤩 I also love to style clients; not only can I design your dream closet I can edit it entirely for you 👗👚👠👜

That’s all for now, thank you for coming to my Ted Talk 😘
