Introducing Falkland-style wool combed top! 🎉
Recently, I sourced a wool blend made of domestic and imported bright white wools, including wool from breeds such as Corriedale, Montadale, and Columbia. The fiber diameter is 27 microns with a 3 to 4 inch staple length. It takes dye and spins up just as beautifully as Falkland wool, and best of all, this wool blend is processed into combed top right here in the U.S. Because this wool is a blend similar in characteristics to Falkland wool, I'm calling this a Falkland-style wool.
