🚨Update🚨
Good afternoon,

This is Eddie John the Owner & Designer of 6N Apparel. As much as I try to keep my personal life and business separate I feel it is only right to update Customers and give any options.

April 21st I went through emergency surgery. My appendix had ruptured and infected my intestines. The procedure was more of a Bowel Resection. I was in the hospital for a week. Very sore up until about a week ago. Also, I found out my Fevers & Aches were caused by my incision from surgery being infected. So I’ve been dealing with that. I’ve been very low energy, sleeping and resting a lot. Yes I know in this time I’m allowed to rest but being the only person currently operating 6N I’ve tried to help customers over my phone while I was awake.

If you ordered CUSTOMIZED items from me and have yet to get them either before or after my surgery I just want to clarify they are done. I’ve just been so weak and tired to organize shipments from facility to my doorstep to get to customers.

If you DID NOT order a customized item and you wish for a refund I can gladly help. It’s not that I gave up on you or the business it’s just my current state I’m trying to just take the appropriate steps in my personal life so I can be back on my feet this summer for my job, my business, the community and more importantly my family.

So please do not be afraid to ask for refunds. It does suck I can’t help you rock some sweet apparel but give my circumstances I hope you understand.

Thank you to all my friends and family who have been helping me and supporting me this whole time. I’m on the other side of the healing process. Soon I’ll be back to my regular self.

Good morning,

I am posting to give ALL customers update on business. Custom orders, Website orders, In Person Orders etc.

The last couple weeks I have been recovering from emergency surgery from a ruptured appendix. I won’t go into any detail of how serious this got for me and my family but I do feel it is only fair to update customers as a whole.

My strength is coming back, I’m not as tired anymore, and my mobility is better today. I am resting and recovering as instructed. I understand you have spent money or inquired about orders with deadlines before my surgery and want updates. At this time I can only say I’m doing my best to do work off of my phone while in bed while I’m awake and not in pain. Today is probably my best day so far so I think soon I will be back in full swing. Again, I don’t want to rush my recovery so if there is any issues please don’t hesitate to message I will do my best to give you an answer.

Good evening,

We just wanted to thank all who shared our recent post. More importantly we want to thank the teams for their understanding in the matter.

As we stated in the post we did not want to go that route but felt we had ran out of options. We also do not take this as bad business or personal. There was miscommunication in all parties. We felt the post was reaching out to anyone in the organizations to help resolve. It was not meant to accuse anyone of not paying or not willing to pay. It was initially taken as an attack or vindictive post which was not the case it was simply we ran out of options and resources.

Our track record of not doing this often should show our character as a business. We show support to all customers past and present. Whether you’ve decided to take your business elsewhere or come back regularly we treat you all as a priority. We learn from our mistakes, we own up to our faults and do the best we can. We are still a small business that maybe likes to give back and give leeway too much but we’d rather that than be known for being too strict or not allowing our customers to feel like friends. We are not Nike or Under Armor so all complaints and comments are heard. Also when there are issues it hits harder than it would for a big name company.

Again thank you to everyone and please understand 6N Apparel has no ill feelings towards teams previously posted. We are resolving issues and getting back on track so ALL customers can be taken care of

Good afternoon, due to inclement weather, new jobs/volunteer work, renovations of our local community center on top of our own shopping and parties for the holidays. We have not been able to setup. We apologize. Most customers that ordered online ordered knowing our product turnaround. However, if you ordered online and did not realize the order would NOT be in before Christmas OR if your order simply has not arrived by now. We can refund you so your loved ones do not miss out. Please inbox us.
Again, we currently have no plans to setup before the holidays even though we are on a Clearance Sale 50% off everything IN STORE. It’s just been a very busy Winter this year.
