Y’all!!! I’m SO excited to see that scale moving again!
This journey has not been easy, and there have been times when I felt stuck and discouraged, but I refused to give up on ME!

35 pounds down, and I’m still working toward my goal!
’m focused on showing up, making better choices, staying consistent, and trusting the process. I’ll be 51 soon, and I’m determined to walk into this next chapter feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever!

The goal is 152, and we’re coming for it!

One day at a time. One workout at a time. One healthy choice at a time. We’re getting there!
