A little bit of everything 🍓🌻
Today is officially the last day of summer break for my boys, which feels completely impossible. Tomorrow we're back to school mornings, schedules and some version of a routine again... but today I'm hanging onto summer for one more day.
Meanwhile, I've been quietly tinkering with approximately 47 things at once. 😂
The studio is getting loved on again. My new gifting station is slowly becoming exactly what I pictured. The flower shelves are filling back up, the collection styles are becoming more visible, and I've been playing with some completely new ideas behind the scenes.
That giant flower? I MADE HER. 😭😍
She's roughly dinner-plate sized. Each petal hand-cut, painted, curled, and tied together by me. She is ruffly and imperfect and layered with ombré, gold, glitter and bronzy goodness—and she's part of an idea I've had rolling around in my head that I cannot WAIT to play with more. 🌸
The flowers will always be the heart of Flowers for Mirabelle. But there's a whole little world growing around them and it's all connected—making things, building things, gardens, studio projects, experiments, animals, ordinary days and whatever happens to inspire me next. When you come into this little pocket of the world, you're allowed and encouraged to linger a while. It could be good for your soul ❤️
So here's a tiny camera-roll version of life lately.
And now I'm off to soak up the very last day of summer with my boys. ☀️ Tomorrow begins a whole new season.
