YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S COLD INDOORS 🤍
You know the signs. Everyone else is in short sleeves, and you're looking for a cardigan. He kicks off the blankets, and you reach for another one. You rush through the frozen-food aisle. You keep a sweater nearby, even in the middle of summer.
And when everyone around you says "it's not cold in here," it can start to make you question your own comfort.
But here's the truth: your experience is real. Your body sends warmth to your core first, which means your hands, feet and head cool down soonest, and how quickly that happens is different for everyone. It's completely normal to feel a chill while the person next to you feels perfectly fine.
