Today I had the most beautiful experience of witnessing my own personal growth. I felt a myriad of emotions ranging from sadness and anger to hurt and despair. It was wild!
And while I can’t say it was fun to experience the accusatory judgment of others, it showed me how far I’ve come and what an amazing heart I have. My heart is loving. My soul is kind. My purpose is being revealed daily and I am showing up and stepping in. As we continue to show up and get ALL IN we will be challenged by others and it is with grace and awareness that we can allow ourselves to feel the things we need and then let it go. Follow your heart. Your heart isn’t open to others judgmental fears. 🙌🏻💗

Taking a moment today to stop the thoughts, pause the to-do’s, step away from the work and listen. Listening to your guidance. Breathing in the insights and divine unconditional love. Calling it in. Asking for it. Receiving it. Soaking in the gratitude the exudes from the experience of breathing in and accepting unconditional love from the Creator of all that is and from oneself.
