After our first launch at the start of this year (which somehow feels like forever ago), the questions came in HOT 🥵🔥 When’s the next drop? Can you make an aunty line where my 🍑 isn’t trying to make a break for it? Where are the dresses? The aloha shirts? And can we please get real clothes already, not only kinis and boardshorts? Trust, we heard every bit of it.

If 2024 taught me anything, it’s that s**t don’t always go as planned 😮‍💨🫣 …and that’s okay! 😎

I posted this photo carousel at the end of 2023, thinking 2024 was the year we’d launch ʻAukai by Ka Makana Hauʻoli. But life happened. 2024 happened.

2024 was a year that shook me, challenged me, and stretched me in ways I never expected. It brought storms I never saw coming and mountains I didn’t think I could climb. It came with challenges I wasn’t prepared for, lessons I didn’t know I needed, and growth I didn’t think I was ready for. Yet, through all the chaos, setbacks, curveballs, and heartbreaks 💔, it also reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

ʻAukai by Ka Makana Hauʻoli isn’t just about swimwear or aloha wear—it’s about resilience, connection, and intention. It’s about embracing the waves 🌊, no matter how rough the water seems, and finding beauty in the process ✨

2024 taught me resilience when I thought I didn’t have any left. It showed me that growth is messy as f**k 🌱, healing is painful 🥺, and learning to love myself is the hardest—but most rewarding—battle I’ll ever fight 🥲💞

While 2024 didn’t go as planned, it laid the foundation for something even more meaningful. It reminded me that the dream isn’t just about launching a brand—it’s about building something with purpose and intention. The dream is still alive, and the journey continues—stronger, clearer, and more intentional than ever.

So, here’s to growth. Here’s to perseverance. And here’s to making 2025 the year we rise 🥂✨ LFG!
