If making a special order, I do not begin work or reserve fabric/materials until payment is received.

Pricing:
Prices are based on:
-The difficulty and time involved in making the item
-The total cost of materials and supplies used
-The unique, handmade mature of each piece
All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise.
Custom orders will be quoted individually before payment.

Repairs or issues:
I'm unable to offer physical repairs or replacements, especially for items shipped out of state. I do not cover damage from shipping, regular use, overloading, or mishandling. My items are made to last with reinforced stitching and high quality materials, but they are still handmade. Please treat them with care- overloading totes, washing improperly, or exposing them to heavy wear may lead to damage that is not covered.

Shipping:
Shipping total depends on how many items are ordered + your state. Once item(s) is marked as shipped, I am no longer responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal service.
