The weather report so you can come prepared!

Come end suffering in silence alone at the Pink Blazer Lounge 😊

We will be yapping about menarch and our menstrual cycles… I know, weird and taboo, but it’s so needed.

I didn’t know how much I didn’t know until I started interviewing the girlies. 65 women later and I am both in awe of the women we are and saddened by the pain.

As we share, as we learn besides one and other, we will continue to find solutions others just can’t find for us!

Oh and our drinks and food are amazing.

Day 1 and I am working handheld at the Kansas City Current game tonight!

This is a miracle ladies and gentlemen. I used to spent day 1 on the floor of my bathroom, bent over, crying in pain.

Blood, sweat, tears and 🤢! Now I’m at work and happy about it. Prepared for it!

Let’s end suffering in silence and learn how to work with our bodies instead of against them, together!
