Cancellation Policy: Do to that nature of the product, we are not able to cancel an order once production has begun. We will do all that we can to work with you on making any necessary adjustments. Products will be shipped USPS, in a flat rate box with tracking. Any upgrades requested by the customer must also be paid by the customer. If you desire confirmation or insurance on the item, please indicate such when making your purchase. Be Simply Lovely will gladly refund the full cost of an item due to a production error of our making. We are unable to offer refunds on claims of lost packages that are confirmed as delivered by USPS.
