ESG delivers the dependable fall protection solutions you seek to best meet your safety goals. ESG has the design and engineering experience necessary to find solutions to all challenges that may arise to meet your fall protection needs. Our team is ready to give you expert advice on how fall protection systems and window washing systems can be installed for maximum safety and ease of use. CONNECTION TYPES

Concrete deck, metal deck, wood deck, steel Beam, glu-lam beam, and standing seam metal panels are just some of the anchor connection types we have seen to date. Our anchor points are designed and engineered to withstand the necessary loads required by OSHA, ANSI Z359.1, and ANSI/IWCA I14.1. CORROSION PROTECTION

The Guardian Fall Protection CB-12 and CB-18 anchors we incorporate in our systems have a hot-dipped galvanized finish. For extra corrosion prevention, we recommend stainless steel top plates and U-Bars on your window washing and fall protection anchors that are continually used. Our anchors are also available with a polyurethane foam fill to prevent condensation and rusting of the anchor from the inside the stanchion pipe. AESTHETICS

Rigid anchors can be galvanized, painted, and powder coated to match a building’s color so that your horizontal lifeline or anchorage system blends in from the ground below or from a view inside the building. There won’t be any complaints with a sleek stainless steel and aluminum system design either. OUR PROCESS

As a service based provider, we play close attention to the following steps to ensure client satisfaction:

STEP 1. ESTABLISHING PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

ESG provides free design services for clients that are trying to determine the safest and most cost efficient fall protection solution for their project. If you are looking for design assistance, please contact us via email and provide us with the following AutoCAD and PDF files:

- Architectural and Structural Details of the Roof Plan

- Building Elevations

- Wall and Parapet Details

- Any Other Drawings (that will help our understanding of the project)

If you are in need of specifications, please click here or contact us. DESIGN

ESG is able to complete most preliminary design work within five business days. We understand that fall protection is a specialty item, which means that its design needs to be coordinated closely with other trades. As a result, we always send preliminary design drawings to clients before having them stamped by a 3rd party Professional Engineer registered in the state in which the project is located. FABRICATION & SUPPLY

ESG is able to create unique fall protection solutions through custom fabrication for an extensive array of applications including wall mounted systems, overhead mounted systems, standing seam, and concrete embedment. Other solutions also include products from some of the most advanced fall protection manufacturers in the world. ESG also offers a wide variety of product finishing options ranging from galvanizing to custom powder coating for matching of any desired color. INSTALLATION

As part of our turn-key service, ESG’s expansive network of certified installers are able to contract and perform work in all 50 states under the direct guidance of our Project Management staff. Each installation team is extensively trained by our experts to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance to the drawings and specifications provided by our system designers and engineers. STEP 5. DOCUMENTATION

OSHA & ANSI both require that building owners complete a fall protection plan and keep a copy on file. And so, we take closeout documentation very seriously and ensure that each client is left with a complete package which includes as-built drawings, operation and maintenance data along with any other project specific items that we might be providing.
