If you like any of our products you must pay half of the price while the live is running in order to separate your item or pay them in full.
2. At the end of the live product must be pay in full unless you pick the payment option which consists in half of the total balance and in 2 weeks the remaining balance with shipping cost must be paid in full my no later than midnight EST time ( if item is
NOT paid off on the day of the 2 week extension client losses the money already paid and losses item picked)
3. We don’t do any types of refund or exchanges.
5. If you want to cancel you must cancel while the live is going on and must receive a confirmation from us that we received your cancellation request.
6. If you are purchasing anything under 2 payments option your second payment must be maid exactly 2 weeks after the live video otherwise you will lose the first payment and the item will go back on sale. Your item will be ship after the full amount has been paid.
7. When we ship our products we will provide you with a tracking number but we are NOT responsible with anything that happens while the item iin transient ( you are more that welcome to pay extra if you want to insure your item )
8. All customers are responsable to pay for your shipping and insurance which is optional.
9. You are responsable for the care of your item after we have ship it.
10. If you win any of our raffles you are responsable to pay for the shipping.
11. We do not trade items after you have stated you want it something.
12. If you make an order you must pay $65 deposit in order to place your order ( orders can take between 2 to 7 weeks ) as soon as item arrive we will contact you and you must pay your item in full. As soon as item is pay in full we will ship the item. If you decide you do not want the item you will lose your deposit.
13. In order to participate in our share raffle you must share our lives while the live is going on in at least 2 places and must share “ Public”.
14. The raffle for our share will be on our next live. You must check our list of people who share the day before the raffle to confirm you are in the list ( if by mistake you are NOT see it in the list you must send us a private message and a screenshot of your share ).
15. When you make a payment for any item you must send a picture of your payment over to our inbox and must add your name and the address where item will be sent to.
16. The only payment method we accept is Cash App and Zelle.
17. We don’t do NO credit and NO exchanges unless the bags are damage , be aware we record our bags while packing to assure our quality.
18. If you win our raffle for shares we don’t exchange present for anything else.

21.If you pick something during a live and you cancel your order after the live or you never paid your item you will loose the privilege to buy during a live , you will have to wait after live and ask if wanted product is still available and price may vary after live.
22.If you place an order and you get desperate and can NOT wait for the arrival of your item NO refund or credit will be given , be Conscious that order take time to arrive (2-7 weeks is JUST an ESTIMATE time frame but it can vary)
23.If you purchase ANY item that has a BOX box if free I am not responsible if the box is damage on the way to you that is just something extra!!
24.Shoes sizes are given by you if you send me the incorrect size I CAN NOT make shoes exchanges for NO given reason.
