To kick off our participation in The Mosey Down Main Street this Saturday, I’ve made some floral hairpieces to sell. My personal favorite is the feather/grass one!

Real leather satchel completed with matching belt. Can be made with any combination of colors of leather + liner, belt buckles and conchos can be any style! Liner is fully removable for easy cleaning. The leather is veg-tan so this tanning style creates stiff durable leather.

This took me about 3 days total. (12-14 hours per day)
Brandon asked me to make him something to protect his arms from the sharp steel and chains at work because he’s always coming home with deep cuts and gouges. I drafted a custom pattern using old cotton and then went to work at it. Sinew is used for the stitching, 5 oz oil-tanned leather (the good stuff) is the bulk of it. Inside is a double thick duck-canvas liner with snaps so that it can be removed easily for washing. The buckles aren’t what you’d expect to see with a piece like this but I needed them to be easy for him to use in the rain/snow/filth with thick gloves on.
