In the next 2 weeks, I will be headed back to the classroom… I am an 8th Grade, Public School, ELA Teacher. I am also blessed to be a mother of a College Freshman and 3rd grader this year as well.
Every year now, for the past 16 years, I have been using the very small supply check and lots of my own money to purchase the necessities for providing my students with the most relevant, innovative, and engaging lessons possible.
This year, my funds will be extra tight, but I dont want my students to suffer because of it… This is where a village, community, and world can help foster theses kids learning…
