I'm late but her was the workout from Tuesday:

Heavy Push & Anterior Chain
Focus: Chest, shoulders, and core bracing.

* Bench Press (Barbell): 3 sets of 8–10 reps.

* Dumbbell Overhead Press: 3 sets of 10 reps.

* TRX Push-ups: 3 sets to failure (The instability engages the core and stabilizers).

* Cable Woodchoppers: 3 sets of 15 reps per side.

* Boxing Bag: 4 rounds of 3 minutes (Focus on "1-2" combos and footwork).
