For many teachers, the month of October is BRUTAL. Data deadlines. Parent conferences. Back to school nights. Fall festivals. Trunk or treats. Observations. Observation conferences. PD’s. The list is never ending. The honeymoon phase is over so a lot of classroom behaviors can arise.

Today was a bitter sweet day because one of my dear colleagues has accepted a promotion and is moving on to another school. 😭😭😭 While I'm so happy for her, I'm also sad to see her go. She has been there to motivate and encourage me every day. I will miss seeing her smiling face but I'm so happy she has this oppertunity! ❤
