💚 Mitochondrial Disease Awareness 💚

Earlier this year, I met with Erica Falco to learn more about mitochondrial disease and what day-to-day life with this rare disease can look like.

Her insight helped shape several of my Mito designs. And after learning from Erica and reading more stories from people living with Mito, the Living With Mitochondrial Disease design came to life.

With Mitochondrial Disease Awareness Week coming September 14–20, I turned that design into this carousel to help more people understand just how complex Mito can be.

Nausea, pain, early fullness, vomiting, fatigue, and delayed stomach emptying turn meals into something that requires planning, adapting, and medical nutrition support.

When food becomes complicated, so does everyday life, celebrations, social plans, energy, and simply getting through the day.

The Q***r Disability Pride Collection just got a whole lot cozier. 🌈♿️ Sweatshirts + hoodies are officially HERE!

If you missed the original launch, this collection started with a conversation with Elle 🌱 . She reached out because there’s a huge intersection between disability and LGBTQIA+ identities, but not nearly enough products that celebrate pride in both.

That conversation grew into THREE different designs celebrating Le***an, Gay MLM, Bisexual, Pansexual, Trans, Nonbinary, Asexual, and Q***r Disability Pride.

And now there are even more ways to make them yours.

Across the collection you’ll find t-shirts, tanks, boxy crops, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Many of the designs are also available with the statement design on the front OR as a larger back print with a smaller design on the front.

Because sometimes you love a big back graphic. Sometimes you want your message where people can actually see it while you’re seated. And sometimes you’re just a front-print person. You deserve options.

Huge thank you again to Elle 🌱 for helping spark the idea that became this collection. 🫶

Introducing the Q***r Disability Pride Collection! 🌈♿️🎉

This collection started with an Instagram chat with Elle, Elle 🌱. She reached out because there is such a huge intersection between disability and LGBTQIA+ identities, but finding products that proudly celebrate both can be incredibly difficult.

What started as one conversation grew into three different designs celebrating Le***an, Gay, Bisexual, Pansexual, Trans, Nonbinary, Asexual, and Q***r Disability Pride.

Getting to introduce the collection with Elle’s photos wearing her Le***an Disability Pride shirts makes it even more special. Thank you, Elle, for sharing your experience and helping inspire this collection. 💕
