Timeline Update

- Same day service will not be provided on any design, print or apparel services no matter the circumstance. This applies to all motorsports, commercial and residential items.
- In most cases, 2-3 day service is not feasible. I ship wraps, apparel and art nationwide, printers and prints are scheduled days in advance, squeezing things in is difficult and time consuming.

Over the past 5 years we have built a great reputation in which we are known for getting things done on time and with great quality. I would like to uphold that standard. With that said, 98% of the design, layout, print, overlay, laminate, ship and or install process is done by 1 person. Today, I will print and ship wrap 237 since November 18th. Please do not be shocked if I tell you that I’m 2-3 weeks out on any project. The reason you chose Icon is probably the same reason several other have as well.

On the Motorsports side, I am pretty well caught up on wraps, but install and ship dates are well into the end of this month.

On the commercial side, I have been scheduling many projects for the coming weeks and months, if you need something done, I’m happy to help.

I cannot adequately express my appreciation to this community and the race world for choosing Icon. It is humbling to see what has been built in a short amount of time. Thank you!

*Additional Info Beginning Today*
- Prints that are done and left here, paid or unpaid, will accrue a 10% fee every 5 business days. I shouldn’t have to store the stuff you needed 2 weeks ago that you haven’t picked up or paid for.

- Unpaid Invoices - Unpaid invoices will accrue a 10% fee every 5 business days. If you need time, just communicate that to me.
