🥵 Florida is HOT right now…and it’s only getting worse.

These are a few things I never head to the courts without:

💦 Plenty of ice water
🧃 Electrolytes
❄️ A cooling towel
🧺 A cooler to keep everything cold

Staying ahead of the heat makes a huge difference when you’re playing.
