Two baskets full washed, dried, folded and hung now heading back to two special clients! One of these awesome clients is now signed up for weekly services and getting to spend her evenings focusing on time with family without the hassle of laundry! The other is a new client, an amazing nurse and momma who got to spend some extra snuggle time with her sweet baby boy on her off day, that she would usually have to put in to laundry. Thank you ladies for letting me help you out! I hope this helped take a little bit of a "load off" for you! 💕

Good morning everyone... It's a slow laundry week, or at least I hope that's all that is happening here! Since this is new to us all I would love some feedback from you all to help me understand what is holding people back from booking.. Are you all able to access the scheduling site okay? Is the pricing too vague and you would like to see it more broke down? Would you like to see more pricing options for different services? Is it just too much to understand? Or just be honest with me.. Is this just not a service that you're in need of right now! Anything helps, and I'm open to advice! Also... I'm looking into doing a giveaway soon, so stay tuned!

SCHEDULING IS OPENING SOON!

A few things to note before the schedule is live:

ALL SERVICES ARE 24 HOUR SERVICES --FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU SCHEDULE AN 8AM PICKUP MONDAY MORNING, YOUR LAUNDRY WILL BE DROPPED OFF THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY BY 8AM,. NO PICK UPS ARE SCHEDULED ON FRIDAY, ONLY DROP OFF FOR THURSDAYS PICK UPS WILL BE ALLOWED ON FRIDAYS.

1: We are currently using Gain detergent and dryer sheets. Please choose the "You Provide" package at scheduling, if you would like to send your own detergents and dryer sheets.

2: A load size is a standard laundry basket, or a 13 gallon trash bag of clothing.

3. As stated in the Q&A, you will be charged a $9.00 fee for any clothing soiled with bodily fluids. You MUST add this information in the notes section when you schedule your service.

4. If you will be requiring the use of our hangers you will be charged a $2.00 per load fee, and you must add into the notes section of scheduling that you will be needing hangers.

5. Any special instructions, please add to the note section when you schedule your appointment.

6. If you will not be home at the time your laundry will be picked up and dropped off, you must message me here on this page to let me know where your laundry will be at pick up and where it should be dropped off.

7. If your laundry will not be being picked up at your home address and will require an alternate pick up and drop off point (such as your workplace) please specify this in the schedule!

8. Once you have scheduled on the Schedulista link, you will receive an invoice that must be paid in full before services will be rendered.

Welcome Y'all!! I am so glad you're here and I can not wait to start serving you!! First I wanted to share a little bit about myself and share some information with you!

My name is Julie Richardson, but some of you may know me as "the youngest Strickland girl", Dana and Travis' daughter, or Trevor's wife! And all of those would be correct! I married my best friend Trevor in 2017 and life has been a beautiful wild ride SINCE! We have two wild little boys, Cade and C**t, and they are our entire world. They are also the inspiration behind the name C&C Express Laundry Service! I have recently decided to do this stay at home mom thing, but I have the heart of a working woman and I NEED to stay busy!! My hope is that this little Laundry service will take off and be exactly what my heart needs! As a mom who has done the working mom thing, as well as the stay home thing.. I understand the need for just needing some extra help, and I also understand that having to do laundry on top of all of the other responsibilities being an adult requires us to take on, can just be completely overwhelming! So thats where I hope to help you "Take a LOAD off!". Following this post i will be uploading the pricing and details and also a Q&A to help answer some questions for you! Right now our service area is Clay County only, but maybe one day that will change! Also, you do not have to have a clay county address to make this happen for you! If you work in clay county or would like to schedule a meeting spot within clay county for pick up and drop off, I'm down! Y'all stay tuned! The reservation schedule will be going live before the end of the night tonight and there will be 16 service slots for the next two weeks so keep and eye out and get those reservations made as soon as it drops!
