Patio Cover — Tied In & Sealed Up 🏡🔨

Another patio cover project wrapped up! We installed the underlayment and shingles, then carefully tied the new roof into the existing roof for a clean, watertight transition.

The shingle color isn’t a perfect match to the existing roof, but the customer chose the color they wanted — and we made it work! 👌

We paid close attention to all the tie-in points and sealed the openings to prevent water from pouring onto the porch during the next storm. 🌧️

Another job done right, another customer taken care of! 💪

From Framing to the Finishing Touches 🛠️🏡

We’re back at a project we originally helped bring to life from the ground up — framing, electrical, HVAC, Sheetrock, paint, baseboards, and vinyl flooring!

Now that the new window has finally been installed, it was time to come back and finish everything around it. We Sheetrocked around the new window, matched the existing texture, painted everything to blend seamlessly, and finished it off with a new window seal and trim underneath. 👌

This project was a BIG upgrade! 💪🏡

We completely rebuilt both street-facing fence sections, upgrading the old basic panels to a beautiful board-on-board design with trim and a kickplate for a stronger, cleaner, more finished look.

And the gate? 👀

After YEARS of struggling to get it to work properly, we rebuilt and adjusted it so it now closes completely with the push of ONE FINGER! 🚪✨

That’s the kind of detail we take pride in — not just making it look good, but making sure it WORKS the way it should.

For this project, we repaired a fence that had begun leaning after several posts failed. There were also numerous loose pickets, allowing the homeowner’s dog to push his head through and put even more stress on the fence.

We:
✔️ Replaced the damaged posts
✔️ Set the new posts in high-quality concrete for long-lasting strength
✔️ Secured all loose pickets throughout the fence
✔️ Applied a fresh stain to the entire fenced yard, giving it a clean, uniform finish while helping protect the wood from the elements

Now the fence is sturdy, secure, and looks as good as new!

Today we completed the assembly of this beautiful kids’ playset, making sure everything was properly aligned, securely fastened, and ready for years of backyard fun.
