A little reminder from a small business owner ❤️
I want to take a moment to explain something from the perspective of a small business owner.
When you place an order with my business, I put my time, supplies, effort, and heart into making sure your order is taken care of. What may seem like a small balance can actually make a big difference behind the scenes.
I currently have an outstanding balance of $211.21 that I have been trying to collect. I’m not making this post to bash or embarrass anyone, and this is not about attacking someone personally. It’s simply about helping my customers understand that when a balance is left unpaid, it does affect my small business.
This business started as a little hobby for some extra fun and extra cash, but I’m working hard to turn it into something that can help support my family. At the end of the day, this is income for my household and my business, and unpaid balances affect the ability of my business to continue growing.
I am always willing to work with my customers and communicate when there is an issue. But I also have to protect the time, money, and work that I put into this business.
Moving forward, I will be enforcing my payment policies more strictly. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid before additional services or new orders are provided.
I truly appreciate every single person who supports my small business, pays their balance, shares my posts, recommends me, and understands that behind this business is a real person putting in real work to support their family.
