Sweet Mackenzie and her family stopped by to see us all the way from New York while heading to Sevierville for vacation! 💗

Of course, they couldn’t pass up a stop at Little Mamas Nursery! Mackenzie fell in love with a beautiful newborn baby girl and gave her the sweetest name, Olivia. 🍼🎀

Now baby Olivia gets to tag along for the rest of their Tennessee vacation! Thank you, Mackenzie and family, for making us part of your trip! We hope you make the sweetest memories together! 💕

Brenda and her family traveled five hours from Kentucky to come see us at Little Mamas Nursery! 💗🍼

She decided one baby just wasn’t enough and adopted the sweetest set of preemie twins, a baby boy and a baby girl! She chose the perfect matching names, Oliver and Olivia. 💙🩷

We are so thankful Brenda and her family made the long trip to spend the day with us. We know these two sweet babies are going to be so loved! Welcome to the Little Mamas family, Brenda! 🥰

Oh my goodness, Miss Harlyn was SO much fun! 💗 She came to see us to celebrate her 8th birthday, and we absolutely had a ball with her!

Harlan is getting ready to become a big sister to a brand-new baby brother, so when it came time to choose her baby, she knew she wanted a baby boy. 💙 And the sweetest part? She named him Holston, after her new baby brother! 🥹🍼

We loved getting to celebrate with you, Harlyn! We know you’re going to be the BEST big sister, and now you can practice taking care of Baby Holston while you wait for your real baby brother to arrive! 💙

Sweet Lainee came to see us from Byrdstown to adopt her very own baby! 💙 She chose the sweetest sleeping preemie baby boy and gave him the precious name Caleb! 🍼

You wanna talk about some Little Mamas Nursery fans?! 💗😂 Miss Charity and Miss Lorinn showed up at 9:00 this morning for their 11:20 appointment, and they weren’t about to miss a thing! They spent the morning hanging out with us, watching all the adoptions, visiting, and taking in the whole Little Mamas Nursery experience before it was finally their turn! 🍼💕

Charity was celebrating her 9th birthday and picked out the sweetest baby girl, who she named Madison. 🎀 Lorinn was celebrating her 11th birthday and chose a precious baby boy named Zachary. 💙

And y’all, their mama MADE them their very own Little Mamas shirts to wear for their special day! 💗 They also brought us the sweetest gifts, which meant so much to us!

Charity and Lorinn, thank you SO much for spending your birthdays with us, for coming early and spending the day at the nursery, and for the thoughtful gifts you brought us. We loved having you girls here and getting to be part of such a special day! 🥹💕
