Sudaya [Su-dy-a] means 'good heart' in Pali, which is the scared language of Theravada Buddhism. When our heart is good, we are generous and make offerings without attachments and expectations. Then, we begin to know ourselves and connect with each other to take selfless actions to improve our relationships, community and society. Sudaya's products are symbols of good heart. e you to be generous, do good and live well. Sudaya was established as Woman for Woman in 2005 by Cambodian women. Our purpose is to create a socially and economically just business to promote our heritage and Cambodian art, meanwhile, benefiting women and their families in Cambodia. Our product are made by talented artisans from Cambodian villages, as well as non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and small businesses using fair trade practices. The materials used to make the products are of the finest quality silk weaved, metal crafted, and wood sculpted in Cambodia.
