Things are back to normal around here lol. Our entire household had the flu over winter break and it feels like the boys are finally recovered, cough free, and healthy!

Craziness but I’m grateful for our rockstar pediatrician who we visited like 4 times in one week 😐 and to just be recovered.

🧘🏼‍♀️We enjoyed yoga games like asana/yoga pose bingo, memory games, and animal yoga.

❄️Fun to share a little zen with families even when holiday shopping!

🧡Wylder & I are excited to unwind and stretch out at tomorrow’s Mommy & Me @ Two Strike Park, 9:30 AM.

🧘🏼‍♀️👶🏼This gentle yet challenging yoga flow will be 30 mins & is supportive for moms with babies and/or toddlers but all ages are welcome.

We will meet by the tree line in the shade, please bring a comfortable blanket and yoga mat. I will provide a few extra mats if you need one.
