Offering deep tissue body work at my home office/studio. If you’ve ever had a massage from a physical therapist you know that it isn’t always pleasant but we find the root cause of pain and we use different manual methods to work on those tissues. Introductory price of $75 for a 50 minute session for new clients.

Get to know me!

I grew up in Southern California. I received my doctorate in PT from Loma Linda University, a school and hospital that promotes whole person care. I have experience treating all ages in many different settings. I’m an Ironman triathlete, 500 hour yoga teacher, and mother of two young daughters.
