One of the main reasons I started SuperHeroEveryday was to shed light on being a women . Whether we work full time or our stay at homes moms , our job is never done . The backs of our households or depending on us to figure it out . We can’t have bad days , there’s still worked to be done . We often find ourself overworked and overwhelmed! It’s important we take time for ourself , take a break when we are tired ! It’s okay to say NO , and to set boundaries and limitations !
