50 washable masks ready to donate! I added a filter pocket, adjustable nose piece and tie strap, as well as made sizes from XS - LRG for a more comfortable fit (I’m a size small in this pattern). A cloth mask is much less protective than surgical or N95 masks, but they could still reduce the transmissibility of viral particles by a small but significant amount. Cloth masks can also be worn over N95 masks, acting as a extra barrier and thus protecting and adding to the longevity of the N95 mask. To cut to the chase, it’s better than nothing!
