New Year - New changes. Sewing has been my passion, something that I have enjoyed ever since my mother taught me. Moving to California, I was able to perfect my tailoring skills and I am thankful to God that this skill has sustained me, as it was my only source of income for many years.
This month - I am taking a break. I will be reorganizing not only my priorities, but my my craft and sewing room.
When I return to my sewing machines, I decided to put myself first. Some of you know that I am now employed full-time, and therefore sewing will now only be for pleasure or for very close friends and family.
I want to thank all my friends and family that have not taken advantage of our relationship, and have rightly paid me for my services. That makes me feel loved, valued and more than anything, appreciated.
While I have not before turned down a request to sew something for someone, this year it will be different. I will sew for myself first, and if anyone would like something specially made, tailoring, or anything else, please be advise that my services will not be free.
Thank you everyone for supporting me with your business and for understanding my position.
